You mostly spend your time getting to know your peers, but how well do you know yourself?
Knowing the cause of your anxiety can be the first step to finding the solution and to do this, you’ll need to gain a better understanding of yourself. A suitable way to do this is by making a list of questions and attempting to find the answers through time or allowing a professional to aid you to do so.
Questions help you delve deeper within, allowing you to understand your behaviour, open your mind and guide you. For example, are you afraid of what people think of you? Which scenarios generally make you uncomfortable? How does fear affect you in your day-to-day life?
